Shipping
Currently we ship within the continental U.S. If you are outside the
continental U.S. and/or require international shipping, email us. with the item(s) you would like to order and your address so that we can get back to you with rates and options.
Orders placed online for in stock items will be shipped within 7 days. Most orders are shipped by Priority Mail, generally 2-3 day delivery
If the item you order is out of stock, you will be notified within 7 days
and given a date when we expect to have the item back in stock.
If you need faster shipping (Express Mail, Federal Express Next Day or 2nd Day), please email us or call us at 415 716 9889. There is not someone available every day to take your call, but do leave a message and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs
Our Guarantee
Items purchased on our web site may be returned for 30 days from date of purchase for exchange or refund of the purchase price. Returns and exchanges must include the original sales receipt, and the items must be undamaged. If you have questions about a return or exchange, let us know.
Repairs
In addition to designing our work to be as durable as possible, we also design it to be repairable. We will attempt to repair any of our products for as long as they exist. Some things we can do for free, others involve a small charge for parts and labor. If you should need a repair, email us for more information.
Style and Material Variations
Used Rubber USA products of the same style will vary in markings and texture due to the variety of patterns found on the inner tubes themselves. We like to incorporate these inherent markings into the designing process. This makes every item unique.
Customers familiar with our products often request an item with or without texture or with or without writing. If you have a preference, please type your request into the comments box on the order form. We can't guarantee we will be able to match your request, but we will pick as closely as we can from what is in stock.
Not all tube manufacturers are the same, so the rubber varies in composition. In general, the rubber does not rub off. However, in warmer weather or occasionally in wet weather some rubber may cause discoloration on light fabrics.
Wholesale Availability
Some Used Rubber USA products are available for wholesale purchase. We are not looking for sales reps or distributors. Wholesale orders are available to existing retail establishments only. We do not give terms for new customers; first orders must be paid in advance (by credit card or check) or shipped C.O.D. For information on wholesale terms, please email us.
